Pho My Vi Reviews (239)
This is one of our regular go to spots when we're jonesing for a nice hot bowl of won ton soup. I can't tell you how comforting this is. The service is always friendly and fast. We had the soup this time but their yellow curry and bun dishes are very tasty. Haven't had a bad meal here yet and we've been coming here for some time now. We'll be back soon.
Restaurant Review: Pho My Vi My husband and I recently visited Pho My Vi on Kamehameha Hwy for dinner, and we had a fantastic experience. We ordered the rare beef pho, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly complementing the tender, thinly sliced rare beef. The fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime added a wonderful freshness to the dish. The service was excellent as well. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Overall, our experience at Pho My Vi was outstanding. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Vietnamese cuisine in a welcoming environment. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to the area.
We always come here for Pho! And it's phoNomenal! We've been coming here for over a decade. Today is Father's Day 2024. My daughters and I tried some other food off the menu. Ya know how some restaurants chicken is dry and beef is tough n fatty? Not here!!! The chicken was moist and the beef not only delicious; but also seared properly, juicy and tender and no flossing teeth with gristle or tendon! Again wonderful people!!! Wonderful Dining and experience
We arrived just before last seating and had the place to ourselves. I ordered the Vietnamese vegetable curry with a bowl of rice. It came out quick, hot, and yummy. I was going to save half since I was eating later than normal but the dish was so good that I ate it all.
We got lucky and they were open on Wednesday (usually they are closed due according to their posted hours). Service was quick and efficient, but not friendly. I've been here previously and had their Pho which was good. This time I decided to change things up and got the Vietnamese curry with chicken. It comes with white rice. The curry was tasty and there was a fair amount of chicken. This was first taste of Vietnamese curry so I can't judge how authentic it is. Overall its one of my places to go when in Kaneohe.
This place is a staple of ours. It's in a small strip mall across Kamehameha Highway from Windward Mall in Kaneohe. I first discovered it years ago when I was waiting for a print job at what used to be Kinko's FedEx and was hungry and a little under the weather. There are maybe 9 or 10 tables in the whole place, and they do both takeout and sit down. I have never been unable to get a seat there, but they do have a steady flow of customers coming and going. The place is clean and well-lot with pictures of artwork and some of their dishes on the walls. This place is family run, and the service is really friendly every time. Hao used to always serve us and was the first I met that day. She helped me choose the lemongrass chicken vermicelli, which was delicious. Most times we go now, Hao works on the back and some of her younger relatives serve in front, but all are great servers and so friendly. Our usual dishes are the spring rolls, chicken curry, and an eggplant tofu clay pot fish dish. Everything is so Ono, hot, fresh, and feels healthy, and I haven't had quite the same flavors elsewhere! I usually ask for hot tea too. These days, those dishes come out to around $50 altogether. I always forget to take pictures of the dishes before we chow down, but I took a few detail shots! Try this place; you won't regret it!

Got the Eggplant Tofu Clay Pot Fish Dish. And let me just say, for $12.95, this meal is a steal!! Usually healthy foods doesn't taste this good! My grandma gets this every time she goes to Pho My Vi and I dont blame her. Dish has tofu, cooked fish, vegetables, eggplant, and one chilli pepper slice, all mixed an oyster sauce like concoction. Plus it's a family owned business too! And they're so sweet and kind. Plenty of tables for seating and free parking in Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center. A must try!!
